Check out my portfolio please - need a new job stat

Updated my portfolio website. Still taking suggestions from others and will probably change fonts etc. eventually. http://www.kaitlynvandorn.com/

If there’s anything that you see that reeeally needs changing or just needs to go on the poop shelf I need to know that as I’m going to start sending this out to companies today.

Thank you for feedback you’ve given already; if anyone has any more I’d love to hear it. I’m pretty upset today and can’t really see straight; I had someone looking at my portfolio earlier and they mentioned that I’d accidentally copied some kind of blurb about Ted Kord into one of my 3d images so that’s vaguely hilarious ;^^

I am just about ready to up and quit this job whether I have another one or not. My coworker who I thought had started to leave me alone decided to ask if I would film a sex tape for him and his wife and a friend and I just

My life.

This has got to stop. I’m now willing to do much more than I thought; relocate, take a vast pay cut, work part time etc because I can’t handle this anymore.

My only stipulations being I’m not the only woman at the workplace, people who aren’t my boss don’t call themselves my boss, there’s a real boss or at least a manager on location, and I’m not sexually harassed on a regular basis.

Also pro-tip for pretending you’re not crying at work - widen your eyes and don’t look anyone directly in the face. Mention that your allergies are killing you in case they notice moistness.

I got a bunch of new followers and I just want to tell you 1. Thank you and 2. I’m not usually such a huge downer and I’m sorry

There’s a distinct lack of Justice Riders fanart; wanted to remedy that. Tried out a skritchier, heavier inking style for fun; dunno if it looks alright or not. Feel free to critique it.
Anyway, if you don’t know, the Justice Riders was a DC Elseworld’s tale from 1998. It was a one-shot re-imagining some of the characters as old West (and steampunk) heroes. I loved it; I love the roster for the Riders as well as Westerns in general so this was right up my alley (main complaint was it was too short and purposefully didn’t give away many backstories, probably in the hope Chuck Dixon (writer) would get to return to this universe but never did.)
Anyway so at the top we have Katar (Hawkman.) I wish he’d been given more to do in this story; he’s the only one without a specific purpose other than helping out Diana.
From left-to-right “The Kid” Flash (Wally West), an outlaw wanted for murder and the quickest draw.
"John Jones" (J’onn Jonzz, the Martian Manhunter.) A mysterious man who’s looking for someone equally mysterious.
Sheriff Diana Prince (Wonder Woman). Loved that she’s the main character and leader. Would have preferred some more women in the comic as she’s literally the only one.
Booster Gold, a con man (not much of a stretch.) He’s also not really given much of a reason for wanting to follow Diana. For whatever reason he’s the one to make a comment about her attractiveness, I guess to up-play the rogue thing, but it was sort of annoying and out-of-place (as well as when has Booster been attracted to WW; that was always Ted’s thing.)
Beetle (Blue Beetle), a weapons manufacturer and inventor hinted to be in hiding as he never takes off his helmet and never says his real name. Likely over a never-revealed past encounter with the main villain, Max Lord (sort of a ‘whoa’ moment there as this was many years written before Max’s twist of his mustache and that one particular comic.) Chuck Dixon doesn’t have the same kind of humor as Ted’s usual writers and instead just writes him as being very bizarre, which is fine by me. Adorable-yet-creepy weirdo. He thinks the antenna on his hat ‘conducts negative ions to his brain to help him calculate.’
Anyway hope y’all like this one; hoping to do some art of JR’s-version Guy Gardner and Max Lord too eventually.

Goldstar for newttgeiszler!
Michelle Carter is the twin sister of Michael Jon Carter, better known as Booster Gold. She took on the name he originally wanted (when he was asked to introduce himself to an audience he got nervous and confused his old football star nickname with the superhero name he wanted ‘Booster… ah, Gold…’)
Goldstar belongs to DC

oh my god this is gorgeous. I love the pose!

Glad you like it! :D
